1. Digital Form, Report Design and Streamlined Inspection
This project involved designing a custom digital site inspection form and a tailored PDF report using FastField Forms for a mould remediation company, Mould and Remediation Co (MRC). The goal was to streamline the entire inspection and reporting process, reducing manual effort while improving data accuracy.The digital form was carefully designed to capture all essential site inspection details, ensuring that inspectors could efficiently collect data on-site using a mobile device or tablet. A custom PDF report was then created and linked to the form, with each field mapped to a specific placeholder in the report. This setup ensured that all collected data was automatically transferred into the correct sections of the report, eliminating the need for manual data entry.Once the form was submitted, a fully completed report was instantly generated and emailed to the designated recipients, ensuring quick access to accurate inspection results. This automation not only improved efficiency but also provided a professional, standardised report format for clients and internal records.By implementing this system, MRC saved up to 45% of manual report-writing time and significantly improved the accuracy of their inspection data. The result was a more efficient, reliable, and streamlined workflow, enhancing both productivity and compliance.

2. Connecteams setup and Optimisation
This project involved setting up and customising a complete Connecteam account to streamline workforce management and enhance operational efficiency. From scheduling and timesheets to payroll and training, every aspect was configured to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and management.One of the key features implemented was geo-fencing, allowing employees to clock in and out only when they were physically at the designated work location. This helped maintain accuracy in attendance tracking and eliminated the risk of false check-ins. Employees could easily log into the app, start their shift with a simple check-in, and check out once their work was completed, ensuring a smooth and transparent time-tracking system.To further support employee onboarding and training, we created courses and quizzes within Connecteam. Each course was structured with relevant learning materials, and quizzes were designed with correct answers embedded to test employee knowledge. Team members were assigned specific courses and tasks to ensure they had the necessary training before starting their roles.Additionally, task allocations were set up, assigning responsibilities to the right team members, ensuring clarity and accountability from day one. Payroll integration and timesheet management were also configured, allowing for automated calculations and seamless payment processing.This end-to-end setup was designed to create an efficient, easy-to-use platform that supports business operations while ensuring employees have everything they need at their fingertips. The result? A well-structured, fully functional Connecteam system that simplifies workforce management and improves overall productivity.

3.Waterproofing Seminar & Sponsorship Form Setup
This project involved designing a FastField form to streamline sponsorship applications for a Waterproofing Seminar and Event. The form allowed sponsors to select their preferred sponsorship package while incorporating automated discount calculations using JavaScript.To encourage long-term sponsorship, the form was programmed to apply a 10% discount for sponsors choosing three events of the same package and a 20% discount for those selecting four events. These calculations were seamlessly integrated to ensure accuracy and transparency.Upon submission, the form automatically generated a PDF invoice, which was instantly sent to the sponsor. This solution simplified the sponsorship process, reduced manual calculations, and provided a professional, automated invoicing system—enhancing efficiency and improving sponsor engagement.
